<p dir="ltr">This dataset and analysis code accompany the manuscript “Incubase: An open platform to unlock the hidden potential of hatchery data for avian science and conservation breeding”. The repository contains a reduced, analysis-ready version of historical avian incubation records harmonised from six zoological institutions, together with R code used to reproduce the quantitative results and analytical figures reported in the manuscript. The deposited data include only variables required for the reported analyses and do not represent the complete operational Incubase database. Raw and derived data from the Species360 Zoological Information Management System (ZIMS) are not redistributed because they are subject to third-party access restrictions. Detailed descriptions of the files, variables, provenance and reproduction workflow are provided in README.md.</p>
