<dc:description><p dir="ltr">This four-wave longitudinal study examined how older adults’ perceived personalization of AI health services was associated with later perceived improvement in their health management behaviors. Participants were 580 adults aged 60 years or older with prior experience using AI health services. Across four waves, the study assessed perceived personalization, technology acceptance, health management self-efficacy, system use, and perceived behavioral improvement. Structural equation modeling was used to test the longitudinal indirect pathways. The findings indicated that technology acceptance and health management self-efficacy functioned as complementary pathways, with system use linking earlier perceptions to later perceived improvement in health management behaviors.</p></dc:description>
