<dc:description><p dir="ltr">This study examines the relationship between traditional donations, other donations, crowdfunding and the recorded financial sustainability indicator (ISF) of Colombian nonprofit organizations. The observational sample contains 747 records from 527 organizations. Clustered ordinary least squares, augmented inverse-probability weighting (AIPW) and overlap weighting are compared while distinguishing their target estimands. Crude ISF differences are positive for all three channels. For crowdfunding, the design-adjusted OLS coefficient is 0.098 and the design AIPW estimate is 0.093 (95% CI [0.009, 0.177]; nominal p = 0.029). The overlap-weighted estimate is 0.104 (95% CI [0.017, 0.190]), with a Holm-adjusted p value of 0.057. The financial OLS coefficient declines to 0.057 and becomes less precise; winsorization and organization-year aggregation further qualify the association. Several AIPW specifications do not converge and are retained as computational diagnostics, not validated inferential results. The undocumented construction of ISF, uncertain treatment timing, co-occurring channels and repeated records restrict interpretation. The evidence supports a positive observational association for crowdfunding in parts of the sample, but does not establish a causal effect or an incremental advantage over traditional donations.</p></dc:description>
