It contains a source-to-construct evidence and verification matrix documenting how selected literature was used to support, qualify, or delimit the framework’s core concepts, including programmatic decline, adaptive capacity, requirement-level diagnosis, capacity attribution, evidential status, scenario comparison, and links to existing adaptive-reuse assessment approaches. The dataset is intended to improve transparency and traceability of the conceptual synthesis and comparator analysis presented in the associated manuscript.
