Data and Analysis Materials for “Context-Specific Psychological Organization of Orgasm Faking among Hungarian Women” Norbert Meskó (9468776) Norbert Meskó (10781562) Evolutionary psychological studies orgasm faking sexual satisfaction sexual functioning attachment insecurity sexual regulation female sexuality <p dir="ltr">This dataset and associated analysis materials accompany the study “Context-Specific Psychological Organization of Orgasm Faking among Hungarian Women.”</p><p dir="ltr">Data were collected between October 1 and December 31, 2023, using an anonymous online questionnaire administered through Qualtrics. Participants were recruited primarily through Facebook and university mailing lists using convenience and snowball sampling. The final matched analytical sample consists of 536 Hungarian women aged 18–64 years (M = 35.0, SD = 10.6), including 268 women who reported orgasm faking and 268 matched women who reported no orgasm faking.</p><p dir="ltr">The dataset includes measures of context-specific orgasm-faking frequency during oral sex and sexual intercourse, attachment-related insecurity (ECR-RS), sexual system functioning (SSFS), female sexual functioning (FSFI), multidimensional sexual satisfaction (NSSS), and demographic variables.</p><p dir="ltr">The repository contains the final analytical dataset in CSV format, the corresponding Jamovi data and analysis file, an R script used to perform the 1:1 optimal pair-matching procedure based on age and relationship status, and a codebook documenting the variables and their coding. Statistical analyses reported in the manuscript include descriptive statistics and reliability analyses, general linear models (GLMs), and structural equation modeling (SEM). The matching procedure was conducted in R using the MatchIt package, and subsequent statistical analyses were conducted in Jamovi.</p><p dir="ltr">The study was conducted in accordance with the ethical principles of the Declaration of Helsinki and was approved by the United Research Ethics Committee in Psychology (EPKEB No. 2023-111).
