Data and Code for publication titled "Improving crop growth simulations through canopy energy balance refinement in the SSiB2-crop model" Siwen Zhao (24870547) Atmospheric sciences not elsewhere classified land surface models (LSM) Crop model calibration canopy temperature (CT) <p dir="ltr">We integrated a dynamic crop phenology and carbon allocation module into the Simplified Simple Biosphere Model (SSiB2), linking crop growth to the model's carbon–water–energy framework, and further introduced dynamic canopy aerodynamics and irrigation to better represent crop–atmosphere interactions. This archive provides the model source code, the hourly simulation outputs for all model configurations described in the paper.
