          <dc:description>&lt;p dir="ltr"&gt;The researcher conducted face-to-face in-depth interviews with nurse leaders working in a selected hospital in Eswatini. The intention of the interviews was to gather information about their perspectives regarding followership in nursing, particularly followership existing practices and development needs. The nurse leaders were selected because they had functioned as followers prior to their appointment to leadership positions. Additionally, those who were middle managers among the participants were followers of top management. Hence, they were able to share their perspectives on followership.&lt;/p&gt;</dc:description>
