<dc:description>
A hybrid assembly using Nanopore and Illumina sequencing generated a complete genome of 3,483,007 bp, comprising a circular chromosome of 3,426,319 bp and a circular plasmid of 56,688 bp, with a mean sequencing coverage of 99.54× and a GC content of 52.43%. Genome annotation identified 3,359 protein-coding genes. Core genome SNP-based phylogenetic analysis revealed that GBRC-MXT211 clustered most closely with the reference strain Geobacillus thermoleovorans KCTC 3570, originally reported in 2001. The genome sequence provides a valuable resource for identification of genes encoding thermostable enzymes.
</dc:description>
