The country-level component covers 171 countries, including 169 with complete observations for the 12-variable multiblock analysis. The individual-level component provides aggregate and figure-level outputs derived from NHANES 2005–2018, with carrier signatures defined in the 2017–2018 discovery sample and evaluated across six independent validation cycles from 2005 to 2016.</p><p dir="ltr">The deposited materials include source data for Figures 1–5, the analysis-ready 171-country registry, derived inputs and Python scripts for percentile-rank analysis, cross-block Spearman correlations with Benjamini–Hochberg false-discovery-rate correction, Spearman Mantel tests, permutation analyses, k-nearest-neighbour preservation, cropland-balance boundary sensitivity and dietary-rank discordance. A verification script checks worksheet dimensions and key numerical relationships in the deposited NHANES figure data. File descriptions, variable definitions, units, software dependencies and execution instructions are provided in README.txt.</p><p dir="ltr">Raw third-party databases and participant-level NHANES records are not redistributed. The processing-susceptible variables describe food-carrier architecture and do not quantify added-phosphate dose. The deposited code reproduces the global multiblock and surveillance-boundary analyses and verifies the deposited NHANES outputs; it does not re-estimate the participant-level survey models.
