<dc:description>
This dataset contains the source data and analysis code supporting the manuscript "Pre-treatment urinary exosomal ANXA5 and ANXA6 are associated with early non-response and shorter progression-free survival in male patients with small cell lung cancer receiving first-line platinum-based therapy: a two-stage proteomic study".

Files:

1) SuppTable_S3_patient_level_anonymized.xlsx - de-identified patient-level data for all 50 patients (anonymized IDs S001-S050): cohort, response group (non-responder SD/PD vs responder CR/PR), age, sex, smoking status, stage, ECOG performance status, NSE, first-line regimen, best response (RECIST v1.1), progression-free survival (months), and urinary exosomal ANXA5/ANXA6 quantitative values (DIA-MS normalized intensities in the discovery cohort; PRM peak areas in the validation cohort).

2) source_data_all_figures_tables.xlsx - 11 sheets with the values underlying every figure and table: DIA quantification matrix for the seven ANXA family proteins (Fig. 3A/3C), differential-expression and FDR results, ROC coordinates and AUC/DeLong summaries (Fig. 5, Table 2), decision-curve and calibration values (Fig. 6), per-patient survival data and high/low group assignment (Fig. 7), Cox model estimates (Fig. 8, Table 4), subgroup analyses and recomputed baseline comparisons (Table 1).

3) analysis scripts (step1_verify.py, step2_stats.py, step3_survival.py, step4_figures.py, build_deposit_workbook.py) - Python scripts reproducing all statistics and figures.

4) README.txt - description of every file and notes on reproducibility.

No data points were extracted from images for analysis. Patient identifiers were removed before sharing; raw clinical records containing identifiable information cannot be made publicly available under the terms of the institutional ethics approval (Beijing Shijitan Hospital, No. 5, 2017) and participant informed consent.

These analyses are a secondary analysis of a urinary exosomal proteomics dataset generated in the same experimental batch as the previously published RAB11A study (Wang W, et al. Clin Proteomics 2025; doi:10.1186/s12014-025-09554-4). The proteins reported here (ANXA5, ANXA6) were not reported in that publication.
</dc:description>
