It contains five hand-transcribed tables built from t</i><i>he DGSFP's (Dirección General de Seguros y Fondos de Pensiones) annual Memoria del Servicio de Reclamaciones reports, 2020–2024, published as PDF only with no structured-data equivalent available.</i></p><p dir="ltr">T<i>he tables cover: (1) health insurance complaint reasons as a share of total complaints by year, (2) the same data converted to raw counts to correct for a shifting denominator, (3) health insurance </i><i>outcome splits (favorable to claimant / entity / other) by year, (4) a cross-branch comparison of all ten insurance branches the DGSFP tracks, used as a control to test whether health insurance's outcome</i> <i>trend is branch-specific or system-wide, and (5) total resolved complaints by year across all branches, included as a transcription-accuracy check — the ten branch-level counts underlying table 4 sum</i> <i>exactly to this reported total in every year.</i></p><p dir="ltr"><i>Transcribed by hand from the official DGSFP reports (dgsfp.mineco.gob.es); source URLs for each year's report are included in the accompanying paper's references.
