SVV_figures.R is a base-R script that reproduces Figures 3-6 and the reported reliability, agreement and bootstrap statistics. data_integrity_check.R verifies, for every measurement, that the tilt-corrected value equals the raw angle minus the recorded device tilt. README.md contains the full data dictionary, reproduction instructions and de-identification details.</p><p dir="ltr">To reproduce the figures and statistics, place svv_analysis.csv and SVV_figures.R in the same directory and run source("SVV_figures.R", encoding = "UTF-8") in R. No packages beyond base R are required. Code comments are written in Japanese.</p><p dir="ltr">De-identification: participant identifiers were renumbered sequentially (1-40) and are not linked to any clinical record; measurement dates were removed; rater identities are given as Rater A and Rater B; and variables collected in the same cohort but belonging to a separate, unpublished study are not included.
