Reproducibility Archive for the Restricted 21-Unit Continuous-Overlap Sensitivity Analysis of Digital Government Maturity Over Time Helen Dian Fridayani (24086979) Information systems development methodologies and practice Public administration digital government digital maturity SPBE Indonesia longitudinal assessment repeated assessment measurement comparability reproducibility sensitivity analysis regional government <p dir="ltr">This repository provides the reproducibility materials for the restricted 21-unit continuous-overlap sensitivity analysis reported in Supplement S7 of the manuscript “Digital Government Maturity Over Time: Persistence, Mobility, and the Temporal Interpretation of Repeated Assessments.”</p><p dir="ltr">The archive contains the exact 21-unit membership used in the sensitivity analysis, a provenance crosswalk, source-conflict documentation, supporting source evidence, reproducibility code, and machine-readable numerical outputs required to reproduce the reported analysis.</p><p dir="ltr">The analysis concerns Indonesian provincial governments for which a genuine 2022 SPBE baseline and a supported 2025 numeric SPBE value could be reconciled without unresolved identity or source conflicts. In this restricted subset, a one-standard-deviation higher 2022 baseline was associated with a 0.376-point higher 2025 numeric score (HC3 95% CI: 0.180–0.572; n = 21).</p><p dir="ltr">This repository is intentionally bounded. It is provided solely to support verification and reproducibility of the restricted 21-unit continuous-overlap sensitivity analysis.
