The vector boundaries were manually digitized from the geological map published by Zisk et al. (1977) after the original map was georeferenced to the lunar coordinate system used in this study. The dataset is provided to support the reproducibility of the spatial comparison between Chang’e-2 microwave radiometer products and previously mapped geological units. The digitized contacts are derivative products and should not be regarded as a replacement for the original geological map of Zisk et al. (1977). Their positional accuracy is limited by the spatial resolution of the published source map, the georeferencing procedure, and manual digitization.
