<dc:description><p dir="ltr">Mongolian medicine literature contains formula compositions, medicinal-material properties and therapeutic descriptions that are difficult to reuse across heterogeneous sources. We describe a provenance-aware dataset compiled from nine source-contributing files, with one additional document retained as context. The dataset contains 2,467 formula or treatment records and a composition-supported subset of 498 formula records linked to 512 medicinal-material labels. Structured tables preserve short source labels, record identifiers, extraction status and distinctions between direct statements, same-source inheritance and rule-derived annotations. Reusable products include formula–material, effect, indication and theory relations, a co-occurrence matrix and knowledge-graph import tables. Technical validation addresses identifier integrity, provenance completeness, inclusion rules, graph endpoints, matrix equivalence and repeated-record sensitivity. Documentation, code and figure source data support auditable reuse. The resource supports documentary curation and computational reuse, but does not establish taxonomic identity or clinical efficacy. Third-party source documents and long text extracts are excluded from the public package.</p></dc:description>
