<dc:description>
This dataset comprises three cross-sectional instruments administered in Spanish between October and December 2025 to 600 users, 700 motorcycle-taxi service providers, and 100 drivers of authorized taxi or bus services. The formal driver group includes 60 taxi drivers and 40 bus drivers. The records are treated as a non-probabilistic analytical sample.

The package contains anonymized respondent tables, derived variables for modeling, a data dictionary, coding rules, English translations of 65 survey fields, supplementary methods with editable equations, Python analysis code, and reference numerical results. Analyses cover fare equity, service valuation and safety, working conditions and organizational interest among providers, perceptions of formal drivers, joint response profiles, logistic models, and sensitivity analyses. The P2 group includes 629 individuals who, at the time of the study, were not members of associations within the provider group. Monetary results are expressed in US dollars (USD); to ensure reproducibility, original category information was retained, and the average official exchange rate in effect during the 92-day period of October–December 2025 was used. The data allow for the identification of exploratory associations and conditional policy analyses, but not for establishing causal effects or estimating population prevalences. The questionnaires were administered in Spanish; English translations are provided for documentation purposes.
</dc:description>
