          <dc:description>&lt;p dir="ltr"&gt;The integration of a gender perspective into initial teacher education represents a structural challenge in Physical Education, a discipline historically shaped by androcentric models, gender stereotypes, and heteronormative practices. Within this trajectory, the practicum emerges as the point at which these tensions are most conceptually acute, confronting prospective teachers with the realities of school culture. Drawing on occupational socialisation theory and critical feminist pedagogy, this systematic review identified the barriers, tensions, and challenges that Physical Education Teacher Education (PETE) students face when across the full teacher education trajectory, including the practicum.&lt;/p&gt;</dc:description>
