The dataset includes clinical characteristics, treatment information, efficacy outcomes, survival data, and safety profiles of 114 unfit AML patients treated at the Affiliated Hospital of Chengde Medical University between January 2020 and March 2026. All data have been de-identified according to the HIPAA Safe Harbor Method to protect patient privacy. Direct identifiers including names, medical record numbers, dates of birth, admission dates, and contact information have been removed. Ages and relative time intervals (in months) are retained for analysis purposes.
