The technical report attached describes how a master list of hospitals for years 1990-2019 was created, adding the addresses and geocode information for the hospitals and other birthing facilities.</p><p dir="ltr"><b>Source</b>: NC Dept of Health and Human Services, Vital Statistics</p><p dir="ltr">This is a <b>metadata-only record</b>.
