Ten stations supported <i>Posidonia oceanica</i> and five supported <i>Zostera marina</i>. The deposit contains analysis-ready station-level biodiversity and environmental data, survey-level major-faunal-group abundance data, descriptive phenological summary data, and the Python workflow used for the statistical analyses reported in the associated manuscript. Only pooled species-by-year phenological summaries were available in the analysis dataset; therefore, phenological comparisons are descriptive and do not represent paired station-level inference.
