<dc:description><p dir="ltr">This thesis addresses this gap by developing invariant-unit-cell homogenised models of conventional and re-entrant honeycomb lattices and by demonstrating their applicability in two distinct applications: (i) topology-optimised auxetic honeycomb sandwich beams, and (ii) a near-zero Poisson's ratio (NZPR) lumbar interbody fusion (LIF) implant, validated at the whole-implant scale. The dataset includes experimental data, images, and Python, MATLAB and UMAT codes used in this study.</p></dc:description>
