The tables provide the complete metadata, quality-control metrics, benchmarking datasets, and analytical outputs underpinning the generation and validation of a comprehensive multi-omic resource comprising ATAC-seq, CUT&RUN, Hi-C and RNA-seq data from primary osteoarthritis (OA) chondrocytes isolated from matched intact and degraded cartilage.

The supplementary tables document the quality assessment, biological validation, and reference-based comparisons used to establish the robustness and biological relevance of the generated molecular maps. These resources support the creation of disease-relevant chromatin accessibility, histone modification, chromatin conformation, and transcriptomic datasets for downstream investigation of osteoarthritis regulatory mechanisms and functional interpretation of genetic risk loci.
</dc:description>
