The workbook also includes the PRISMA study-selection flow information, primary meta-analysis, subgroup analyses, sensitivity analyses, meta-regression, and publication-bias assessments.</p><p dir="ltr">The review was preregistered on the Open Science Framework (OSF), with protocol DOI 10.17605/OSF.IO/QEKP4.</p><p dir="ltr">This record is deposited under embargo to establish a time-stamped record of the completed dataset and analyses prior to publication of the associated manuscript. Access to the dataset is restricted during the embargo period.
