<dc:description>
This dataset contains raw experimental data collected from adults with normal vision as part of a thesis entitled Investigating Dichoptic Task-Irrelevant Learning and Its Influence on Sensory Eye Dominance. The project comprises two studies examining visual perception and interocular differences. Study 1 investigated task-irrelevant visual perceptual learning's effect on motion sensitivity and sensory eye dominance under controlled experimental conditions (viewing condition x task-irrelevant exposure), while Study 2 examined potential interocular processing delays and their relationships with sensory eye dominance and sighting dominance. The dataset includes participant-level measurements, trial-by-trial experimental responses, stimulus presentation parameters relevant to the research objectives.

The data files are organized by study and contain anonymized participant identifiers, experimental condition information, stimulus parameters, response measures, reaction time, and outcome variables used in the analyses reported in the thesis. Variables include participant IDs, trial information, eye-of-presentation indicators, stimulus characteristics, response times, and measures of ocular dominance. All personally identifiable information has been removed to protect participant confidentiality. The dataset is intended to support the reproducibility of the thesis findings and may be used for secondary analyses related to binocular vision, interocular processing, and ocular dominance in individuals with normal vision.
</dc:description>
