Improving international response to humanitarian situations Forced Migration Online (24276783) Migration, asylum and refugee law FORCED MIGRATION ONLINE HUMANITARIAN ASSISTANCE INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION REFUGEE DEFINITIONS INTERNATIONAL LAW INTER-AGENCY COLLABORATION EMERGENCY RELIEF OPERATIONS This paper proposes a framework for improving international responses to humanitarian emergencies. It calls for a system whereby situations in need of international humanitarian assistance and protection are more clearly identified and responses are more closely tailored to the specific circumstances.
