Genomic annotation of Wuhua Yellow chicken (<i>Gallus gallus domesticus</i>) Xunhe Huang (3340971) Genomics genomic annotation gallus gallus domesticus <p dir="ltr">This dataset contains the chromosome-level nuclear genome assembly, mitochondrial genome, chromosome assignment table and annotation files for the Wuhua Yellow chicken (<i>Gallus gallus domesticus</i>), an indigenous dual-purpose breed from Guangdong Province, China. The nuclear assembly was generated from PacBio HiFi and Hi-C data and deposited at DDBJ/ENA/GenBank under accession JCCBWL000000000 (version JCCBWL010000000). Chromosomes 32, 36 and 37 were not assigned.
