Rwanda/Uganda: a dangerous war of nerves Forced Migration Online (24276783) Migration, asylum and refugee law FORCED MIGRATION ONLINE RECONCILIATION CONFLICT RECONSTRUCTION GENOCIDE DONORS INTERNATIONAL INTERVENTION DEVELOPMENT AID PEACE EFFORTS This report looks at tensions between Rwanda and Uganda, arguing that in order to avoid further conflict, the United Nations and international community should introduce sanctions with teeth, including immediate suspension of all bilateral and multilateral aid. Rwanda and Uganda's reconciliation must be rooted in an improvement in bilateral relations.
