Montenegro: resolving the independence deadlock Forced Migration Online (24276783) Migration, asylum and refugee law FORCED MIGRATION ONLINE PEACE BUILDING DEVELOPMENT ELECTIONS INDEPENDENCE POLITICAL CHANGE INTERNATIONAL INTERVENTION This report looks at the situation of Montenegro, arguing that the stress laid on keeping the federation (of Yugoslavia) together actually makes it more difficult for the international community to have a positive impact on developments.
