Forced Migration Online (24276783) Migration, asylum and refugee law FORCED MIGRATION ONLINE PEACE BUILDING ETHNIC CONFLICT GOVERNMENT POLICY INTERNATIONAL INTERVENTION NATO REGIONAL SECURITY POLITICAL CHANGE This report traces the political process that achieved a peaceful transfer of authority in the western Balkans as the Presevo Valley was brought back under Serbian government control, ending an ethnic Albanian insurgency that had lasted some 17 months. The report focuses on two issues. First, it considers the reforms that are still needed to achieve lasting peace in the Presevo area.
