<dc:description>This paper presents the views of several NGOs on the asylum migration interface. NGOs including Human Rights Watch, International Catholic Migration Committee, and The World Council of Churches, believe that the Global Consultations on International Protection should be used to: further the international human rights and protection of migrants, asylum seekers and refugees. They also urge the international community to reaffirm the centrality of the 1951 Refugee Convention and the 1967 Protocol and the institution of asylum.</dc:description>
