Land Problems in Nakivale Settlement and the Implications for Refugee Protection in Uganda Forced Migration Online (24276783) Migration, asylum and refugee law FORCED MIGRATION ONLINE LAND SETTELMENTS LAND USE GOVERNMENT POLICY REFUGEES PROTECION The following report focuses on the land crisis in Nakivale refugee settlement, southwestern Uganda. Through incorporating the testimonies of both refugees and nationals, it analyses the circumstances leading to the current conflict over land, and the implications for both the host community and the refugee management structure.
