Elections and security in Afghanistan Forced Migration Online (24276783) Migration, asylum and refugee law FORCED MIGRATION ONLINE PEACE BUILDING DEVELOPMENT AID DISARMAMENT REINTEGRATION INTERNATIONAL ASSISTANCE ELECTIONS POLITICAL PARTIES This report analyzes the first high-level diplomatic meeting on Afghanistan in more than two years, a 2004 gathering in Berlin of representatives of the Afghan government, the UN and the major donor countries and institutions. The principal objective is to secure substantial long-term aid commitments.
