<dc:description>This document describes the resources available to refugees in primary care in the UK and reviews the evidence of their effectiveness where it is available. It seeks to make available information about the situation of refugees in the UK which is relevant to GPs and primary care teams. This chapter points to sources of training for the relevant skills and discusses how the attitudes of learners may be challenged. It discusses the role of more specialist services and the role of ordinary Primary Care teams. It tries to help answer the question: 'What can GPs and other members of the Primary Care team in 'ordinary' practices do'.</dc:description>
