<dc:description>Many doctors look after refugees and asylum seekers in their practices. Some refugees will have arrived recently; others will have arrived long ago and be settled in this country. This document describes what resources are available to refugees in primary care in the UK and reviews the evidence of their effectiveness where it is available. It seeks to make available information about the situation of refugees in the UK which is relevant to GPs and primary care teams.</dc:description>
