<dc:description>
This repository contains code, derived parcelwise data, atlas resources, and reproducibility materials supporting the analyses reported in “Reproducible Cortical Links Between Functional Hierarchy, Structure, and Metabolism.” The archive includes functional-gradient construction code, iCSC-438 CIFTI atlas resources, derived data supporting the reported figures and analyses, environment information, data dictionaries, file manifests, and an executable group-level functional-gradient reconstruction example.

The supplied group-average 438 × 438 functional-connectivity matrix can be processed with the included gradient-construction code to reproduce the supplied 50-component group functional-gradient solution exactly. Validation showed identical component ordering for all 50 gradients, no sign flips, maximum RMSE = 0, and maximum absolute numerical difference = 0.

Some underlying source data are not included because they are subject to NIH and/or source-dataset access requirements. See the README and Data Availability information for details.
</dc:description>
