Level of resilience for critical care transport professionals in fixed-wing air transport Karien Basson (24660388) Nursing workforce Nursing not elsewhere classified Resilience Critical care transport professionals Critical care transport Fixed-wing Healthcare professional Managers SDG 3 Good health and wellbeing <p dir="ltr">Datasets underpin a thesis titled "Framework to support critical care transport professionals to enhance resilience in the fixed-wing air ambulance environment in South Africa".</p><p dir="ltr">Phase 1:</p><ul><li>Step one: A survey was conducted using the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD RISC) (Connor & Davidson, 2003) to measure the current level of resilience amongst critical care transport professionals (CCTPs) in the fixed-wing air ambulance environment (quantitative data) in South Africa.</li><li>Step two: Self-reported interview guide with three open-ended questions (qualitative data) about the facilitators of and barriers to resilience in the fixed-wing air ambulance environment, as well as what CCTPs feel managers can do to enhance resilience in this environment.</li></ul><p dir="ltr">Phase two: e-Delphi data</p><p dir="ltr">Phase three: Development and review</p><p dir="ltr">Phase three was conducted in two steps.</p><ul><li>Step one: The researcher used the baseline data gathered in phases one and two and developed a framework in collaboration with SMEs during a consensus workshop.
