<dc:description><p dir="ltr">This dataset contains the research data supporting the thesis titled “A High-Throughput, Low-Cost Platform for Paired BCR Sequencing Reveals Non-Linear Repertoire Remodelling by SARS-CoV-2 Spike Variants.” The research project developed a paired BCR sequencing method and applied it to investigate paired B-cell receptor (BCR) repertoire remodelling in response to SARS-CoV-2 spike sequence variation and progressive mutation accumulation. The dataset includes validation data for a newly developed murine paired BCR sequencing method, as well as processed paired BCR repertoire data and corresponding pseudovirus neutralisation assay results from mice immunised with natural SARS-CoV-2 spike variants (WT, D614G, Alpha, Beta and Omicron) and a panel of cumulative Alpha-associated spike mutants. The source data files support the BCR reptoire statistical analyses and visualisations presented in the thesis.</p></dc:description>
