<dc:description><p dir="ltr">This dataset contains processed qualitative research data supporting the Master of Theology dissertation “Pastoral Care in the Context of Latvian Baptist Churches." It includes anonymised thematic findings from five semi-structured interviews, the interview coding framework and interview schedule, as well as bibliographic and analytical data for a corpus of 50 literature materials analysed using qualitative content analysis. Interview responses are identified as R1–R5. Raw audio recordings and full interview transcripts are excluded from this dataset. The exclusion of the raw interview transcripts from the repository deposit was approved by the supervisors. The literature corpus consists of 27 Baptist educational literature items (BEL), 11 published books (PB), and 12 ecumenical academic papers/materials (EAP). Copyrighted full-text publications are not included.</p></dc:description>
