<dc:description><p dir="ltr">This dataset contains experimental measurements and supporting materials for a low-cost pulse-compression radar implemented using a modified ADALM-PLUTO software-defined radio. The radar operates near 2.4 GHz and combines linear frequency-modulated matched filtering, coherent Doppler processing, moving target indication, clutter-map subtraction, constant false alarm rate detection, and two-plane monopulse localization. Five outdoor experiments were conducted with pedestrian, passenger-vehicle, and maritime targets in urban and coastal environments at distances up to approximately 600 m. The measurements demonstrate target detection, Doppler-based radial-velocity discrimination, and qualitative trajectory formation under realistic clutter and multipath conditions. The dataset also includes radar configuration files, signal-processing software, antenna-design files, hardware-development materials, and documentation intended to support reproducibility, radar education, algorithm evaluation, and further research into accessible software-defined radar systems.</p></dc:description>
