<dc:description>
This dataset comprises all raw and processed experimental data generated from a doctoral research project investigating the mechanistic role of wild‑type RAS in promoting pulmonary metastasis in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and evaluating berberine (BBR) as a natural compound‑based therapeutic strategy. The data are organised into seven subfolders, corresponding to Chapters 1‑7 of the associated thesis, to facilitate navigation and reproducibility.

        Each chapter folder contains the following types of files: (1) high‑resolution TIFF images of all figures presented in the corresponding chapter; (2) GraphPad Prism files containing raw numerical data, statistical analyses, and publication‑ready graphs for all quantitative experiments; and (3) Excel spreadsheets containing clinical data from the human HCC tissue microarray cohort, including de‑identified clinicopathological parameters, survival outcomes, and multiplex immunofluorescence expression scores.

        All raw data have been processed, normalised, and statistically analysed using appropriate methods as detailed in the thesis. The dataset contains no personally identifiable information; all patient data are fully anonymised. Animal experimental data were obtained under ethical approval (CULATR, The University of Hong Kong).

</dc:description>
