Organising Collective Life amid Genocide DMP Issam Adwan (24598596) Leadership leadership ability <p dir="ltr">This research examines how people in Gaza organise care, responsibility and collective life during conditions of war, siege, displacement and the destruction of essential services. It focuses on forms of everyday coordination that often take place outside formal institutions or recognised leadership roles, such as organising food and water, providing shelter, sharing warnings, helping with evacuation, documenting harm, repairing damaged spaces and making practical decisions for groups.</p><p dir="ltr">The study asks when these activities remain acts of survival or personal responsibility, and when they begin to function as forms of grassroots leadership by helping people act together, share responsibility and maintain a sense of collective direction.
