<i>DLL3</i> Promoter Luciferase Activation Assay Patrick Cunniff (21789158) Animal cell and molecular biology luciferase reporter assay results <p dir="ltr">DLL3 promoter luciferase activity measured in the presence of reporter plasmids with wild type or mutant POU2F1-ASCL1 tandem motif and in the presence of ASCL1 and POU2F1 or GFP (control) in HEK293T cells. Luciferase expressed is reported as fold change in the ASCL1 and POU2F1 condition relative to control. The assays were repeated twice.
