Minimal dataset for "Critical Fatigue Factors among Indonesian Seafarers: A Delphi Consensus Study" Santika Sari (24577890) Maya Arlini Puspasari (22400920) Maritime engineering not elsewhere classified Maritime transportation and freight services Occupational and workplace health and safety Delphi method survey expert consensus panel seafarer safety Maritime Safety, Indonesia Fatigue risk management <p dir="ltr">Expert panel data from a two-round modified Delphi on fatigue factors among Indonesian seafarers, supporting the article "Critical Fatigue Factors among Indonesian Seafarers: A Delphi Consensus Study" (Future Transportation, MDPI).</p><p dir="ltr">Ten Indonesian maritime experts, drawn from maritime education and training, maritime research, and maritime law enforcement, rated fourteen candidate fatigue factors for importance on a 0 to 10 scale across two rounds. Between rounds each panelist received the anonymized group median and interquartile range for every factor and could revise. In Round 2 the panel also ranked the five factors it judged most relevant to governance.</p><p dir="ltr">The deposit holds the raw rating matrices for both rounds, the derived consensus and content validity values per factor (median, quartiles, IQR, n_e, CVR, I-CVI, retention decision), the panel-level agreement statistics (Kendall's W, chi-square, S-CVI/Ave), per-panellist round-to-round Spearman rho, and the Round 2 priority ranking. An Excel workbook reproduces every derived value through live formulas, so the published statistics can be traced from the raw ratings.</p><p dir="ltr">Panellists appear under anonymized codes. Names, employing organizations, job titles, and individual years of service have been withheld, as promised at consent.
