<dc:description><p dir="ltr">This dataset contains dry-Martini coarse-grained molecular-dynamics data used to study membrane-tube radius fluctuations and the kinetics of membrane-tube fission. It includes three equilibrated NPT membrane-tube trajectories, with mean tail-bead radii of 1.59d, 1.86d, and 2.13d (4.407, 5.182, and 5.918 nm), using the notation of the associated article, and a transition-state shooting dataset comprising 20 independently relaxed parent configurations and 10 trajectories per parent. The shooting trajectories use the circularity restraint described in the Supporting Material to exclude the unphysical flattened-tube basin of dry Martini and therefore sample a modified Hamiltonian. Topologies, run parameters, random seeds, provenance records, and SHA-256 checksums are included, together with the binary endpoint classifications used in the Supporting Material committor figure. Other processed observables, derived feature tables, and analysis figures are not included because they can be recalculated from the trajectories and the separate analysis code.</p></dc:description>
