It contains WebPageTest measurement data collected for the homepages of 63 Polish public universities, processed website-level data used in the analysis, and the classification dictionary developed as part of the Functional Classification of External Digital Services (FCEDS) procedure. The FCEDS dictionary maps identified external domains to digital services, service owners, and functional classes, and provides definitions and boundary distinctions for all functional classes.
