<dc:description>
Data underlying the paper "Tracing high-profile attention to questionable research as a case for funder due diligence".

Included here are:

Curated dataset of publication, mention, grant, and retraction-status records underlying the paper

Supplementary Information document, expanding on the methodology and limitations outlined in the paper's Methods section.

Author names have been replaced with anonymised labels in the deposited version; the identifiers required to reproduce the analysis (Dimensions IDs) are retained. This is a de-identification measure rather than true anonymisation because Dimensions IDs resolve to public researcher profiles, individual researchers remain identifiable to anyone willing to cross-reference the two. The full dataset, including author names, is the version against which the accompanying code was developed and tested, and is available from the corresponding author upon reasonable request.

The accompanying analysis code is deposited separately.
</dc:description>
