<dc:description>
This repository contains the complete reproducibility package supporting the

strong revision of manuscript FNL-D-26-00177, “Noise-Assisted Frontier

Encounter and Recurrent Closure under a Kinematic Momentum Constraint.”

The dimensionless model uses correlated standardized Ornstein-Uhlenbeck

coordinates for frontier motion and effective inertia. The effective-inertia

state selected at the first localized frontier encounter is passed continuously

into the post-encounter recurrence calculation. First-passage increments are

integrated analytically and within-step crossings are localized by cubic-Hermite

interpolation. The rotating momentum protocol and opposite-momentum partner are

imposed kinematic constraints. An open energy ledger reports the bath exchange

required when effective inertia changes; no bath dynamics is claimed.

The archive includes source code, fixed seeds, nine automated tests, final CSV

and JSON result tables, manuscript and supplementary figure sources, revised

Supplementary Information, dependency information, version notes, and a

SHA-256 manifest. Analyses include independent frontier-noise and inertia-noise

planes, three driver correlations, paired history-restart controls, tolerance

maps, expanded numerical checks, parametric maximum-location bootstrap, and

multi-turn recurrence and cumulative survival.

The results support a path-dependent broad plateau rather than a universal or

uniquely localized optimal noise intensity. Figshare version 1 remains the

immutable record of the original submitted computation.
</dc:description>
