<dc:description>
These files present the results of a sensitivity analysis and also two full map series, which serve as supplementary material for the publication "Detecting Emerging Risk: A Spatiotemporal Analysis of Lyme Disease in the United States and its Diffusion within Appalachia, 2000-2019" (authors: Geoffrey Otieno, Korine Kolivras, and Corrine Ruktanonchai), developed from Geoffrey's Otieno's thesis "The Emergence of Lyme Disease in Appalachia, 2000-2019" available at https://hdl.handle.net/10919/118424.

The sensitivity analysis folders contain the HTML output and KML visualization files generated by SaTScan for sensitivity analyses performed using maximum spatial cluster size settings of 15%, 20%, 25%, and 50% for the years 2000, 2005, 2010, 2015, and 2019. The HTML files provide the complete statistical output for each analysis, while KML files enable visualization of the detected spatial clusters in Google Earth or other KML-compatible GIS software. The 25% maximum cluster size represents the primary analysis presented in the manuscript and is included here to facilitate direct comparison with the alternative maximum cluster size specifications (15%, 20%, and 50%) evaluated in the sensitivity analyses. These files support the reproducibility and transparency of the reported sensitivity analyses. To view, first click to download the specific file, then open.
</dc:description>
