Factors Impacting Burnout Among Nonprofit Fundraisers Samantha Plotner (24399722) Nonprofit Management Political Science, Public Administration This study creates and tests a theoretical model of individual factors impacting burnout amongst nonprofit employees. Using data from a survey of nonprofit fundraisers a model emerges that shows sense of community, mission valence, and the strength of the psychological contract all impact burnout.
