A cross-sectional study was conducted at 47 selected public healthcare facilities in five districts of Gauteng Province. Convenience sampling was used to select a total of 1155 participants, aged 18-65 years. Participants self-administered a validated and pretest Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) knowledge, attitudes, and practices (KAP) questionnaire.
